The purpose of this study was to determine the effect Debt Contracts, Political Factors, and Information Asymmetry on Asset Revaluation. research method used in is descriptive verification methods. population banking as many 110 companies registered with Financial Services Authority 2018-2022. determining sample a purposive sampling 30 analysis technique applied logistic regression analysis. test results show that Contract, Factor, simultaneously has significant Leverage, Liquidity, Operating Cash Flow, Company Size, Fixed Intensity partially positive asset revaluation.
